1. Acceptance
By accessing this site you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the site.
These Terms are to be read together with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.
Subscribing to the service is a separate contract. What the subscription grants, how it is billed, how it is cancelled, and who answers for what is set out in the Subscription Conditions, accepted at sign-up. Where the two documents diverge, the Subscription Conditions prevail.
2. What Flowcontent is
Flowcontent is a software-as-a-service platform that takes a topic and produces an article, a video, and social pieces from it, publishing the result to the customer’s own accounts, connected by them.
This site presents the product, publishes content, and provides access to the platform. Using the platform requires an account and is subject to the Subscription Conditions.
3. Account and acceptable use
Your account is personal and non-transferable, and you are responsible for what happens in it. In using the site and the platform, you agree to:
- provide truthful sign-up information and keep one account per person: the free trial is available once per CPF (Brazilian tax ID);
- not attempt to circumvent plan limits, authentication, or any access control;
- not use the service to produce or publish unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringing content;
- not resell the service or operate it on behalf of others without a written agreement;
- not use the platform for automation at a scale beyond what your plan provides.
Content is generated by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors. That is precisely why the flow has two human approval points: nothing is published without someone approving it. The review is yours, and it decides what goes out.
4. Content: yours and ours
What you produce is yours. The topics you bring and the article, video, and pieces generated from them belong to you. We process them to deliver the service and for nothing else — they are not used for advertising, not handed to third parties, and do not feed model training.
The Flowcontent brand, the interface, the platform’s code and documentation are ours. The access granted by a subscription is a licence to use, not a transfer.
Articles published on this site’s blog are authored by whoever signs them. You may read, share, and quote them with attribution and a link to the original page; full reproduction, commercial use, and derivative works require prior written permission.
5. Image, voice, characters and ads
The generated avatar and the voice switch use a real person’s face and voice. So, when you use them, you represent and warrant that:
- the photos and voice you upload are yours, or belong to someone who consented in writing to this use — and that you will produce that consent if we ask;
- you hold the rights to the character images you upload, and they do not depict a real person without that person’s consent;
- you will not use anyone’s face or voice to deceive viewers — making someone appear to say what they did not say, or presenting a generated person as real.
A generated character presents; it does not testify. A presenter who does not exist may explain a product, but may not claim to have used it. Usage testimonials come only from people who actually used it.
In ads, you are the advertiser. You are responsible for what the ad promises, for identifying it as advertising, and for complying with CONAR, the Brazilian Consumer Code, and each ad platform’s policies. Pieces ship with the advertising label and the AI-generated notice on by default; turning them off is your decision.
Supporting shots from free image libraries (such as Pexels and Pixabay) follow those libraries’ licenses, which forbid implying that the person filmed endorses the advertised product. That is why the platform avoids identifiable people in those shots in ads.
Content that breaches this section may be removed and the account suspended.
6. Connected accounts
Publishing to YouTube, LinkedIn, or the Meta family requires you to connect those accounts. In connecting them you authorize the platform to publish what you approved, on your behalf.
Each platform has its own terms, and you remain subject to them. A publication refused, limited, or removed by a network is that network’s decision, and not something we can reverse.
Authorization is revocable at any time, here or in the network’s own settings.
7. Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no contractual commitment to uninterrupted availability or to support response times beyond what the Subscription Conditions establish.
Features may be changed, suspended, or removed. Changes that materially reduce what your plan delivers are announced before taking effect.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, the operator of Flowcontent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service — including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.
This does not exclude liabilities that the law does not permit to be excluded, nor consumer-protection guarantees where applicable.
9. Links and third-party services
The site and the platform connect to third-party services — among them Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, Asaas, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, Pexels, and Pixabay. Those services have their own terms and policies, and Flowcontent is not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Knowledge exchange between accounts (optional)
An optional feature, not yet active. When available, you subscribe to it by turning it on in its own screen, which shows the exchange in three lists: what you donate (your pieces’ performance relative to your own average), what you receive (the network’s aggregated learnings) and what never leaves your account (text, video, image, face, voice, brand, name and absolute numbers).
By turning it on you agree to keep it on for at least 3 months; after that you can turn it off whenever you like, and donating and receiving stop immediately. A learning only circulates with at least 5 accounts contributing, in aggregated and anonymized form.
The minimum period is contractual and does not limit any right provided by law: if, as a data subject, you ask to stop earlier, we stop, and access to the network’s knowledge goes with it. What already entered an anonymous aggregate does not leave it. Details in the Privacy Policy, section 12.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be revised. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the courts of the domicile of the company identified in the footer are elected to settle disputes, save for the consumer’s domicile where the law so requires.
